416 – The Judgment Has Set

1
The judgment has set, the books have been opened;
How shall we stand in that great day,
When every thought, and word, and action,
God, the righteous Judge, shall weigh?

Refrain
How shall we stand in that great day?
How shall we stand in that great day?
Shall we be found before Him wanting?
Or with our sins all washed away?

2
The work is begun with those who are sleeping,
Soon will the living here be tried,
Out of the books of God’s remembrance,
His decision to abide.

3
O, how shall we stand that moment of searching,
When all our sins those books reveal?
When from that court, each case decided,
Shall be granted no appeal?

This hymn reminds me of the times in which I live. It has come to be a favourite…Judgment… where it all ends

This hymn keeps reminding me of the Judgment Day, and how my case shall be decided. Oh that I seek Him while He is still near

This song ever keeps in my mind the meditorial work of Christ in heaven; the investigative judgement

this is a good song that has a good sounding. It is reminding the day of judgement where everybody shall pass under of it and respond to every act done.

Let the good Lord work in us both to will and to do, for who can stand on that great day without the manifestation of the grace of God right now? Dear Lord God in your hands we lay our eternal destiny. We are looking forward to success and prosperity, keep us in perfect peace. Isaiah 26:3

May all I do pleases the Lord and according to God’s will. May that day be a joyous day for me and all who we believe in Jesus.

Amen, many of us in the Church are sleeping and we are failing to realize that time is running out so quickly. the enemy is not wasting time, only we as God`s people, so it is time for us to do a self-examination. thank God for this beautiful song, a food to our soul.

Have mercy upon me oh LORD OF HOST and help me to live in accordance to your words and purpose. Have mercy upon me oh LORD OF HOST and save me on the last day, don’t allow me to perish for I put my trust in you.

This song really calls for us to do some self introspection, some soul-searching and o really look into our lives, as to where we are with God. Are we drifting away from God or are we pulling closer? So the question should now be… How Shall I stand In That Great Day? Shall I be Found Before Him Wanting… Or With All My Sins All Washed Away? Salvation is an individual thing we have to make the choice.. Is it Heaven or Hell? You Choose.. Be Blessed!
